Hi,

I made a contact us page with Posts Form Submit element.
I checked the option named Enable form emailing and Send to Administration email.

But I can’t received it.
I chekced with my another email adress using the option named Send to email.

I received it normally through other e-mails, but I did not receive it through administration email.

The recipients of this mail include administration email, but I can’t find it anywhere, such as a spam mailbox, so what should I do?

Hello,
Normally those are using the email set here – https://i.imgur.com/NQHc99k.png or you can set a custom email – https://i.imgur.com/HukThuE.png
In case that the WordPress do not send email then please try a SMTP plugin.
Thank you!

Thanks Calin.
Even though I did it the way you told me, it didn’t work out.

I’ll try to use the plug-in you told me or find another way.

Let me know if using the SMTP plugin resolve the problem.

I am having the same issue, except when I hit “Submit” at the bottom of the form I am getting a red box that says: An unexpected error has occurred and the mail could not be sent.

I have also tried the SMTP plugin and that does not seem to resolve the issue.

Hi chrisberke,

The provided link is not working – https://i.imgur.com/ywTzsVR.png

Normally, when the form is not working, it is related to the settings set on the host, which are not related to the theme. Please try the steps from those guides:

Thank you!
