Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

Then check if the theme panel is saving properly. If you still have problems, press F12 in the theme panel to access the browser inspector and go to the console tab. Check if there are any errors while saving settings in the panel.

All the values I like are corrections, and have not changed since we installed the theme.
I can check the following errors in “Console”:
Failed to load resource: net :: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=8.0 The resource could not be loaded: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
What can i Do?
I see this in WordPress too:

Hi,
If you get that error in the theme panel while saving settings, it means that the server is denying the request the mentioned process makes. This happens due to security systems the server might have, or firewalls.
Please contact your hosting and explain the situation, provide them with the error code and maybe with a screenshot of the error if needed. They will most likely solve the issue for you. This is a similar topic
