I can't show banner ads in my articles

I use this code for my header ad:

And this code for my sidebar ad:

I use the same format for my inline article ads but the ads don’t show up, only the ad title i wrote shows up.

What is the purpose of divs? Even tough i put the code td-all-devices, the ads still don’t show up on mobile. i stil need to write the codes to the theme panel>mobil theme>ads section seperately.
