Under the “Update” tab, it says “The update process can’t be completed because your Newspaper Theme license key is not yet activated.
Please activate your theme.
I already activated the theme, and I ahve been using it for a while, though it still says this. How can I fix this?

You need to reset the key from theme panel and set in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme ( the license code log into your ThemeForest account and go to the Download section – http://themeforest.net/downloads ).

Okay. Sorry I am kinda lost here.. I am under the “System Status” tab. There is a red text saying “Your Theme Is Not Registered!”.
Your saying I replace “admin.php?page=td_system_status”, with “admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1”?

So you need to go in Newspaper> System status and in url replace this parameter(admin.php?page=td_system_status) https://i.imgur.com/gsPlyLn.png with this one (admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1) -> https://i.imgur.com/oLmHo4G.png and pres enter, after that set the theme key and everything should work.
