Hi,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. I have checked on my website and the Featured image option appears as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Xds8tyTE7rcN
