If someone has the same problem like me.
You can easily fix it.
1. Find http://192.168.0.208 in your database from table “wp_options”.
2. Remove the file containing this link (http://192.168.0.208) as part of it.
3. Enjoy with speed load of your page.

I had this same problem. I don’t recommend going into the database to fix it, but if you go to the Newspaper Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/Search background AND Sign in/Join Background, you can delete the background images from there.
Note to the developer, you should remove that reference to your local machine in the demos. I installed demo “News Magazine” and it includes those references and slows down the overall loading of the site.
