Or, if using a CDN or cache; try clearing/resetting that to capture updated version of the site content.

I alreday reinstalled VC via FTP. I found the plugin on the files you gave me when I purchased it with you.

I have checked your site and it seems that this happens because of the bbpress plugin so please make sure that you disable and remove the bbpress plugin then check again.

Hi,
Now the error seem to come from the revolution slider plugin so please make sure that you disable all plugins then check again.
If this issue is till present please update the theme files using this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ ..and make sure that you make a back-up of your current theme installation before you do it.
