1) You can hide the post title with a css code like so:
.single .entry-title{
display:none!important;
}
2) The block size is fixed and is set here: http://screencast.com/t/68xOeiT3hvQf
If you wan to change this thumbnail, you can either chose another one from this list: http://screencast.com/t/691iCWyqiXBH and change it in the module or use the theme api and create your very own thumbnail like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbadd/.
Make sure you regenerate thumbnails after any change made to them
