I have a space on the center of the home page

HiTeam,

I have a really strange problem.

As you see on the homepage ( http://prntscr.com/ceepqb ) there is a space on the center of the home page. Between footer and widget element we have a space. The element Bıggrid 3 shifting to the left side. I added also the admin panel screenshot http://prntscr.com/ceeqd0 .
I hope you understand my problem. Could you fix the problem? Thank you

http://www.paargas.com is the url but it is still underconstruction. How can send you the admin password ? Thank you
