When I try to set up my menu with the drop down images like in the demo, I can’t do it. I don’t have any option to change a category or page into a mega menu. The box is just not there.

Hello,
We have seen the menu option be removed by plugin before so i think it’s safe to say it is a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello crystalfox, i don’t have it neither ! Did you found the plugin in conflict ?
