i have problem in ad placement on mobile and desktop

I cannot use a lot of ads on newspaper theme. i tried 728*90 and 540*90 then 336*90 on mobile and they are not responsive and cannot be shown as real size, especially on mobile.
-1 first picture the ad of 728*90 is not working exactly on desktop and mobile
