I have purchased newspaper theme because it's no.1 news theme

No doubt! Newspaper is a great theme. I am using shared hosting, so I need perfect optimization.
But I am unable to optimize the website speed with this theme.

I need to disable
– live search
– ajax loads

I need to add Facebook messenger on the share button.

Unfortunately at the moment there is no facebook messenger option. You will have to use a 3rd party plugin for that.
