I Installed a Localhost Web site but the Theme is not functioning completely with the full Car Theme

Can you see what’s wrong with the WordPress Admin….How do I send you the login privately? I have a full backup from my local development if you can install it I can pay you.

Also home page links to POSTS are all getting an ERROR “No input file specified”.
