My old template I did not have this issue so I am confused why I am having it now? Please help!
I run report on my site and I keep getting “The following images are resized in HTML or CSS. Serving scaled images could save X. Serving a scaled image could save X amount.”
I have unchecked modules and boxes I do not use, that only reduced page load by .4, and did nothing for page speed which is still at an F.
Please help! Thank you so much.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, after this, if you will need more assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so we can further inspect it and also, please provide more details about what’s happening.
