Hi,
This situation occurs because a license key can be used on a maximum of two domains. While ThemeForest allows usage on one domain, we permit an additional domain for testing purposes.

If the domains previously using the license no longer exist or no longer use the theme, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com. Make sure to include the license key used on those domains. We will submit a request to review and remove any inactive or unused domains associated with the key.

i m unable to unassign the domain as i m having issue with the domain name. we changed to new name. now help me in changing the name and reassigning

Hi,
Please follow my above indications only doing that we’ll be able to help you.
The key should not be used on more the 2 live domains and you’ll need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com were to provide the license key in privet (here on forum can see it all logged users).
