I need a refund, item not working as described.

Hi, was so interested in your theme before i purchase it. since it has good rating i thought service also good. but it was not very smooth, when i enter my purchase code to activate the theme i hv got this message “Too many requests from your IP. Please contact us via contact@tagdiv.com” i don’t know why is it becaus im using a shared hosting plan ? that’s not my fault or a problem bro , lot of us use shared hosting. and to activate this theme do i need to provide you my all logins ? NO im not willing to give any credentials. its a security risk for me. let me know if you have a better way to activate the theme or ill go for another theme. please send a reply ASAP I paid and waiting
