I have finished creating the website but it is not showing on mobile. I want to see exactly the mobile version of my desktop version. I tried a different theme and the locks shows green content loaded fast. Please can be causing the extremely delay load?

Seems that there is still a demo image set somewhere in the theme panel, that was not changed. This image causes a mixed content warning – http://prntscr.com/nyqslz
Try looking for it here – http://prntscr.com/nyqsyt remove it or change it with one of your images.
I checked the website on mobile, looks fine. That is how the mobile theme looks. If you don’t want the mobile theme, you can deactivate it as it is an optional plugin. Then the same content from desktop will appear on mobile.
The latest articles section will appear at the bottom of the page, if the required template is selected for the respective page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
To remove it select a different template, like the default page template for example.

2. That is happen because you are using the mobile theme plugin, if you want to have the seam content on mobile as on desktop then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin.
