I need help about ads code placement

How can I add ads code (160X600px) leftand right side of big grid. I am editor not web master.:(

My code is
<div id=”sas_…..”></div>
<script type=”application/javascript”>
sas.cmd.push(function() {
sas.render(“—-“); // Format : 160×600 160×600
});
</script>

Unfortunately, please notice that our theme has been designed to use only Google AdSense code, sorry! You above script seems to be custom made and we do not recommend using it in Theme Ad Spots because is a good chance it will not be properly rendered, sorry!
