How do I configure WooCommerce as shown on the newspaper_tech theme?
I have WooCommerce active and have the “shop”, “product category” and “product” established, yet they do not conform to the Newspaper theme.
The examples below are what I want to visually create:

Can someone please assist me?

The only thing that is customized in our demo is the shop page. You can create your very own shop page and have it look like you want it to by adding visual composer elements and woocommerce elements (make sure you have woocommerce elements checked in the visual composer settings: http://screencast.com/t/lXGQEQ6k). Here is how we set up our shop page: shop: http://pastebin.com/hxJ8ENx1 You can copy and paste the code into classic mode and text mode inside the page editor. The other 2 links you provided are a standard product category: http://screencast.com/t/ksV70Yur and a standard product page.
