Hi,
I’ve downloaded the Newspaper theme with the Gossip Demo. I need to add a ready-to-go Contact page, but I don’t know how. Please help.

Hello !
You can simply create a page, edit it using tagDiv Composer or you can directly use Contact Form 7 plugin which is a tested plugin.
