i need to Keep 728*90 Banner ad, below drop menu in all posts and pages. i am unable place any banner or html code below menu.

You will have to add a header template from the Cloud Library and edit it using the tagDiv Composer. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
