Hi There,
I am trying to put one language only which is not English and that language is not on the wordpress list of languages for translation. SO is there anything I can do?

So the language in which you want to translate WordPress does not appear in the drop-down

From what I know only languages that have full translations will appear there.
You could try and load a new language manually like mentioned in these topics, or use a plugin
