Hello,

This can be displayed on the category using the element Category Description -> https://i.imgur.com/dY8Uas5.png the description needs to be set for each category -> https://i.imgur.com/qLjhnQ9.png -> https://yoast.com/taxonomy-seo-categories-tags/
The same steps for tag template.
