If I deactive plugin Hummingbird I see all…you know why?

Hello,

If you deactivate the Hummingbird plugin and now the icons are displayed normally even when you are disconnected and the cache is clear, then is a plugin conflict, which causes this problem and I don’t know what settings need to be done for that plugin, because the Hummingbird plugin is an untested plugin with our theme.
