Hi,
1. I think that you manage to resolve the problem with the header – https://i.imgur.com/g2hyA2A.png
2. The Regenerate Thumbnails plugin can be used to regenerate the thumbnails from the original image.
Also, I recommend using flex blocks and set images like https://i.imgur.com/btxMrwI.jpg should be nnn X 0 in this way the image will be better fitting.
