There is a login window, but there is no member registration form. Why?

I want to create a membership registration form, please see the login window in the top menu bar of my site. I don’t see the membership registration form.

Hi,

If you want to allow user registration on the website, please make sure that user registration is active in wordpress -> https://prnt.sc/l0hU0JpNZYTz The the option to register will appear in the theme header login. Please try it.
