I want to create a logo same like newspaper, http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/header-logo.png . How do i can?

Hi,
You have to use a program like Photoshop or similar. The fonts used are:
Newspaper – Arial Black (with a background image)
The art of publishing – Artifika
