I want to move Comment Form Above the Comments page

Hi,

I really need it, because ı have a lot of comments on my pages and comment form looks downside of the page. I want to know how to move comment form above the comments page. I tried to move comment form field in the wp-booster/comments.php but it didn’t work properly.
