So you want to add a revolution slider in the mobile theme homepage? You can do that, the slider shortcode can be entered in the mobile editor which appears in the page edit screen

It will appear between the top grid and the latest articles section

The mobile theme doesn’t have many settings available, this is for improved performance on mobile. Such a customization will require modifications in the mobile plugin code. But I see you made the modifications and the result is working fine.
