You must have this option in your theme.
I also want to change “Article” schema to “CreativeWork”.

That is where all the theme markup for posts is defined and where you can make your needed modifications.

In that file would be all the default post markups the theme ads. You can make your modifications there and keep testing.
I also want to change Article schema to creative work in AMP pages. Please let me know the files to change.
You can look in the AMP plugin files, search for the elements you want and make the modifications which are required for your website. Maybe here is what you are looking for
