i want to remove descrption and title from page

Hi,
for SEO purpose, i have given the title and description for my category pages but this title and description are reflecting on the pages, in fact, I don’t want to show them on the page can you please help me.

Provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I can identify your category page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, you should provide some useful screenshots with your problem and what exactly you do not want to be displayed on your page.
