I want to remove this area so my content can come up, how to do that?

Hi,
If I’m right that is a category page and the element you want to remove is the category background image (https://i.imgur.com/MG2pPka.png), this is not over your content, you simply do not have any posts assigned to this category.
The category template can be change from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/eGZ5RVp.png
