I want to ask you one more question.
if I set the theme highlight color, the various colors are set the same.
For example the color of the main menu button and the color of footer’s contact us.
How do I set these colors apart? I also want to using FTP separately, Or using stylesheets.

You can use the options in Theme panel->Theme colors to modify the colors for the menu items, and also for the footer – https://www.screencast.com/t/m1FCgHtWMdym
If you would like to change the color for a specific item and there is no option for this by default, this can be achieved through custom code only. If you could provide a link to your website and detailed information about what and how you would like to change these items, I will try to give you a solution.
You could also try to use the browser inspector to identify the elements on the page and their classes, in order to create custom code. Here is a tutorial that could help you
