Unfortunately in Newsmag theme is no option to can edit the h tags, this can be done only with custom css, if you need help with this I can help you! Just provide me a link to your website and let me know whet element you want to style and I will try to help you as much as I can.

Normal our theme is using by default the H3 to display the post titles in modules -> https://i.imgur.com/MPb4geX.png now if you only want to add some css on these H3 you can use the classes that are set “entry-title” then set the link “a” -> https://i.imgur.com/85YbojF.png here is an example of code :
