I did the last update (3.0)
I went via my FTP and removed the Theme. Then i uploaded the new one.
I think that everything is fine and probably i don’t have any problem.
BUT ….. LATER i went to see my site via mobile (iOS & Android) and
saw the crazy thing that : in my contact page – in a PC desktop are :
Your Name (required)
Your Email (required)
Subject
Your Message
RECAPTCHA
WHICH are CORRECT
BUT
at my mobiles are :
NAME
Email
Website ….. !!!!!
NO RECAPTHA.
Tell me now.
What i have to do.
Can I through myself from the window of my house ??????????????????????
I am very disappointed.
As you understand before the update everything was fine on Mobiles too.

I also forgot to mention that in my mobiles (in side the Post & NOT in the Menu or Footer)
I have an extra social icon (whatApp) which of course is NOT Active and not Seen on Desktop PC.

We’re sorry for this inconveniences you had encountered after the update.
I am not sure why this happened on your sited as checking your site I’ve noticed that it works fine on both mobile and desktop devices. As can be seen from this screen the captcha it is displayed fine on the site: http://screencast.com/t/FJwPo8FlF if you still have this issue try to clear mobile devices cache memory then test the site again.
The whatsapp button it’s available only for mobile devices.

I did what you told me which was very logical (clear cash on Browsers)
But the result is the same (www.diorama.com/screen.png)
then i went to a friend of mine that never went to my site.(Bought a Galaxy s7 – two days ago).
Unfortunately the result is the same.
I also tested in an ipad with the same bad result.
My thoughts are over ….
I don’t know what else i have to do.
I must remind you that before the update worked fine.
The only thinking is that we are in different Continent …..!!!

I’v double checked the page on my side and it is displayed fine, there is not a problem with theme’s functionality and even the plugin for captcha it works fine. Note that we didn’t tested any plugin or code which displays captcha on the pages and we can’t guarantee that it will always work fine with the theme. Here we can provide support only for theme’s features and captcha is not one of them so I can’t provide a solution for this issue.
