You’ll need to activate the thumbs -> http://prntscr.com/pp0cor with that dimension from theme panel > http://prntscr.com/pp0d5f -> http://prntscr.com/pp0dec you can check more in our documentation for theme thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-theme-thumbs/
