Icons for category tags?

I’ve installed the Menu Icons plugin which adds icons to my main menu. Would it be possible to display these same icons with the category tags on single posts?

We didn’t tested this plugin with the theme so I cannot provide an accurate answer in this regard as I am not aware of its functionality. You need to customize theme’s category label/tag system in order to have those icons integration. This changes require custom work for which we aren’t available at the moment so we advice you to look for a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ to help you with this.
