Icons missing

I have problem with Newspaper theme. When I am logged in I can see arrows and other icons, but when I am logged out icons disapeared. I see just squeares.

Hi,

This is usually a plugin conflict, or cache problem, please deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again!

if the problem is still there please proved a link were I can inspect this problem.

Thank you. I have a issue with Fast Velocity Minify and WP Super Cache. There was both of them activated and make conflict. Now all is ok.
