icons not loading

Hi there,

On the home page there are icons in the nav bar for each menu item.. for some reason these recently began failing to load on any page that is not the home page. I am not sure exactly when this happen.. any ideas why the icons and css are failing to load?

Hi Bogdan,

Thanks for your reply. This is not the case.. I mean the little icons next to each menu item. They appear in the homepage, but not the other pages…

Hi,

Please not that only on the homepage is load the style for your icons -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cKXoZC1CKZQ please try to set the full url for icons.

Hi,

Yes they are only loading on the homepage. Before they would load on every page. How can I correct this error?

Hi,

Please make a full backup to your website and database.
After that please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email and some details about how you set the icons in menu.
