Hi arafbd24, can you please let us know the resources that the host allocate for your website (ram and cpu only for your site)? Most of the time this situation appears on cheap hosts or when there is an extra plugin that is in conflict with the theme plugins.
Also, in those situations you can check the error log file, there should be more details.
Thank you!

Hi,
For checking error log, you can check this guide:
Reviewing Your WordPress Error Logs
The admin-ajax.php is a WordPress element that is used to do requests. You can check more in this guide -> https://codex.wordpress.org/AJAX_in_Plugins
If you want, we can take a look at it, but for this you need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll need wp-admin and cPanel access.
Thank you!

When newspaper theme is activated in share hosting, site goes down. Now in namecheap WordPress hosting, newspaper theme is running, but when realtime visitors are high, site goes down again. Newspaper theme is loading more.

Hi,
For a number like that you’ll need a dedicated server. For this you need to ask the hosting if they can provide such a performance for your needs.
For example this is an article about same dedicate server/hustings -> https://www.codeinwp.com/blog/best-dedicated-server-hosting-providers/
Thank you!
