I'm not getting support your team !! What is happening?

I bought my theme and so far have not resolved my doubts …. My blog has not been in the air for lack of support

@globalweb we’re sorry for this inconvenience but we had a day off Monday doe to a public holiday. IF you still have the layout issues try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.
Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so I can inspect it closer and get back to you with a more accurate answer.
