When I align any image (from within the default WordPress editor) that appear after the first h3 inside a post, the image doesn’t render properly. The image moves directly under the h3 tag despite being someplace else in the document.
This is a bug.
How can I fix this?

Please provide your website URL and some useful screenshots to see the issues. Before this, please disable all of the untested plugins to rule out any conflicting plugins.

Catalin, there’s not much to see really. When I add an image it appears at the top of the section (in my case the h3 tag). When I turned off smart lists, everything worked perfectly. This is a bug.

Ensure that you are using the latest theme version, remove all of your untested plugins to rule out any conflicting plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Check our demo preview and see there is no problem with our smart lists, sorry! Everything seems to work as expected.
