Image box element error

I was trying to upload my own image to “Image box” element, but it doesnt work properly. I already added the image, but it never shows up in the live panel (please see the link for screenshot). When I save and refresh, it whole page will crash and show error.

Hello bpzoodesign,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, update the plugins, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and check the results.
