Image Box not showing on page

Hi,

I updated the theme to the latest version (7.7) and can see the Image Box block in the widget section, however, it’s not showing up when I try to add the block on a page (see screenshot). The author box is also not showing.

Hello Liz,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that you use the bundled version of Visual Composer which come with the theme packet. I have checked on my side and the Image Box Block is there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qAbH2QNalNb Try to remove and install again the Visual Composer and check the results.
