In the settings I enabled “GENERAL MODAL IMAGE”.
But only the featured image is displayed in a popup window.
The rest of the images are not clickable.
Can I make so that all the images in the article opens in a popup window?

You have this behaviour because the other photos maybe have not the modal image activated. So, please check each photo from your backend and please notice that these must have these settings -> http://screencast.com/t/XhwJ8totJgL

I can not activate modal image for each image individually.
Perhaps it is possible to activate the modal image once for all images in all articles?

Please notice that the General modal image is that setting but it will work only if the modal image is turned on from the image editor when you load the photo because this one has an important priority. Unfortunately, there is not any option in this regard which to automatically turn on the modal image for all your images but only manually for each image.

This is bad.
It turns your theme is suitable only for new projects.
For older sites with lots of articles, as in my case, it is all too difficult.
