Hi,

My team is also experiencing the problem.

I tried the below recommended edit to the style sheet and it did not fix the issue. Do you have any other suggestions while we wait for the theme update?

Thanks so much! -Rob

Hi,

We are aware of the issue with the image captions, after the WordPress update. We will release a theme update that will fix the issue as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If you would like to try and resolve the issue, try editing the theme stylesheet here
https://www.screencast.com/t/l1hDDIy7
Remove the !important tag from the code
https://www.screencast.com/t/7LTyVdUR
Or wait for the theme update.

Thanks

Hello,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a very deprecated theme version, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PmxV5K5wOiF Please keep in mind that if you will not keep in touch with the latest updates, you will not bring best theme results. I saw that you want to use WordPress 4.9, which is the latest version of the CMS (WordPress) but the theme you will not want to update, why? Notice that it will not work in that way. Everything will have to be updated, sorry!
Seems that your theme’s version is too old and the only way, in this case, is to update the theme to that latest version of it.
For more information about this case, you can check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/upgrading-v4-to-v8/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I understand what you’re saying and I would like to update to the latest version of the theme. I realize I will lose customizations but I am very concerned I will lose content. Is this the case? Will I actually lose 6000+ posts of content published over the last several years? Please advise, Thank you.

Hello tbrmedia,

Please keep in mind that before each theme update we recommend doing a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data. Notice that all the data will be loaded into your database and after the updated was made, all of these content should have to be displayed at your site.

Thanks for your understanding!
