I see you are using theme version 9.2, that was when the new theme lazyload option was introduced, but there were some problems with it so it was improved in 9.2.1

Try to disable the theme lazyload in the theme panel, then clear all caching and check if the issue is solved.
If you should decide to update the theme to the latest version, note that the 9.7 update was a major update – https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
If possible test the update in a staging sob-domain, with a copy of the live website installed.
