Image Gallery not Loading

Hello,

There seems to be an issue with the media gallery not loading. All the images on the site are showing but I cannot see the gallery and I also cannot upload new images. This has been happening for 2 weeks or so and I assumed it was because the theme needed updating.

I have updated the theme and WordPress is up to date but still an issue. WordPress is stating that it is a theme issue.

Could you shed some light on this?

Hello Richard,

Please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ Probably, you PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.

Ah yes,

It was an internal server issue. So sorry. I panicked because after installing the update my site crashed and I had no idea what happened.

It was not a TagDiv issue. Thanks for the great theme.
