please check i have created image gallery slider http://7cf.470.myftpupload.com/test-media/.but i want to create it like Huffing-ton post gallery.like http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/slider-recipes_b_1688021.html?section=india&slideshow=true#gallery/239772/2 ..Now the file from where popup is coming it is js file and if we put some other things there for example short code for social icons in php or ads.It doesn’t show anything from that file.And If i do from header file it is not supporting short code if i do it from jquery.Even that does not help.please help me out.

The php code won’t run inside jQuery just with copy/paste, you will have to adapt it in order to work. Here is an example of how jQuery can be inserted inside php: http://screencast.com/t/ZElXtdsORa so you can try to adapt your code like here and check how it goes.
Note that this is a very complex task which require many customizations and also good coding skills are involved in order to complete it.
