I need an image gallery with different categories on a static site like this:
Is it possible to build that with Newspaper? This example is from the Boston Theme – but we want to change our theme to Newspaper and we need something like that.

Hi malerlins, you can achieve something similar if you are using the tabbed content shortcode, set on these element pages that have set galleries.
Another alternative is to use a dedicated plugin for galleries https://athemes.com/collections/best-wordpress-gallery-plugins/ set the galleries on pages and then set those pages in the tabbed content shortcode from tagDiv Composer.

But is it possible that alle images on a line have the same height? When I set a fix image height the image looks warped.

Yes okay, but it should be in ratio. Is it possible that I give the picture a fix height and the width will be calculated in correct ratio? For this thumbnail it will be okay if the image it cut off.
